The Czech Government Scholarships 2026/2027 offer an excellent opportunity for talented international students from selected developing countries to pursue fully funded Master’s and Doctoral programs at leading public universities in the Czech Republic.
Funded under the Czech Republic’s Foreign Development Assistance, the program supports educational advancement while promoting international cooperation in higher education.
The scholarships are available for studies conducted in Czech (for follow-up Master’s and Doctoral programs) or in English (for selected Master’s and Doctoral programs). In addition, recipients may receive a 12-month Czech language and preparatory program to help them adapt before starting their main course.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Ukraine, Georgia, Ethiopia, Moldova, or Zambia.
- Not be nationals or permanent residents of the Czech Republic or any EU member state.
- For Master’s programs: Hold a Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
- For Doctoral programs: Hold a Master’s degree from a recognized university.
- Demonstrate academic excellence and leadership potential.
- Be willing to follow the regulations of Czech universities and scholarship conditions.
