Understanding IRCC’s Decision-making Committees

For instance, the report suggests that the Executive Council take accountability for funds and corporate services, that the Issues Management Council be eradicated, and a new council for works be founded. The fresh Operations Council is required to be headed by the Deputy Minister’s Office. Furthermore, Yeates declares there should be a rigid restriction of 12 on the number of council members.
